Usage parameters


Tests have shown that the following physical and chemical parameters are effective for bacterial growth:


1) pH value: range between 5.5 ~ 9.5, between 6.6 ~ 7.4 can grow rapidly.


2) Temperature: effective between 10℃ and 60℃. Temperature higher than 60℃ will lead to the death of bacteria; At temperatures below 10 ° C, bacteria do not die, but their cell growth is greatly limited. The suitable temperature is 26 ~ 32℃.


3) Dissolved oxygen: in the denitrification tank of sewage treatment, dissolved oxygen is less than 0.5 mg/liter
