Anaerobic biological treatment technology is in the anaerobic state, the organic matter in sewage is decomposed, metabolized and digested by anaerobic bacteria, so that the organic matter content in sewage is greatly reduced, while producing biogas an efficient sewage treatment method. Using the metabolic characteristics of Anaerobic Microorganisms, the reduced organic matter in sewage is used as hydrogen acceptor without providing external energy, and methane gas with energy value is produced at the same time. Biogas (containing CH4, CO2, N2, H2, O2, H2S and other gaseous substances) produced at the same time of organic degradation can be actively utilized and generate economic value.
Advantage
① Greatly reduce energy consumption, but also can recover biological energy (biogas);
In the anaerobic biological treatment process, there is no air blast aeration device to provide oxygen for microorganisms, which can reduce a lot of energy consumption. In addition to the removal of a large amount of organic matter, the anaerobic process will also be accompanied by a large amount of biogas production. Methane in biogas is a kind of combustion gas, has high utilization value, can be directly used for boiler combustion or power generation;
② The sludge production is very low;
Because most of the organic pollutants in sewage are converted into biogas -- methane and carbon dioxide in the process of anaerobic biological treatment, and the organic matter used for cell synthesis is relatively less; At the same time, the microbial proliferation rate of aerobic process is much higher than that of anaerobic process, the yield Y of acid-producing bacteria is 0.15~0.34kgVSS/kgCOD, the yield Y of methanogenic bacteria is about 0.03kgVSS/kgCOD, and the yield of aerobic microbes is about 0.25~0.6kgVSS/kgCOD.
(3) Anaerobic can degrade or partially degrade some organic matter that aerobic microorganisms cannot degrade.Therefore, when the wastewater contains refractory organic substances, the effect of anaerobic process is better, or the anaerobic process can also be used as a pretreatment process to improve the biodegradability of wastewater, providing a basis for the treatment effect of subsequent aerobic treatment process.
