Beneficial Nitrifying Bacteria for Wastewater

Usage and requirements

1. Close the inlet and outlet of the activated sludge tank or biological tank, and keep the aeration state, so that the nitrifying bacteria can play a better effect in the environment of neutral pH and weak alkaline water, and the pH value can be adjusted to between 7.5 and 8.2.

2. Continuous aeration for 24 hours to activate microorganisms, attach to the bacteria bed and reproduce, and reach an active state. At least dissolved oxygen should not be less than 3ppm, suitable for 5-8ppm.

3. The temperature is maintained at 20 ~ 30℃, and the reaction efficiency is greatly affected when the temperature is below 15℃.

4. Adopt stage water inlet during debugging to reduce the impact on microorganisms.

5. Maintain a reasonable proportion of nutrients to ensure the normal function of microorganisms.

Scope of application

Suitable for artificial wetland, river governance, all kinds of ammonia-containing sewage treatment system.

Application Situation

During the operation of the system, pollutants impact load, resulting in the system comprehensive treatment capacity decline;

During system startup debugging and cultivation of domesticated strains;

An exception occurs when the system is restarted after being stopped for a short time.
