Product Efficacy:

1. Ammonia nitrogen removal bacteria can efficiently oxidize ammonia nitrogen and remove nitrite.
2. Enhance and stabilize the biological metabolism such as nitrification and oxidation in the sewage system.

Use Parameters

Tests have shown that the following physical and chemical parameters are most effective for bacterial growth:
1. PH value: The range is between 5.5 and 9.5, and the fastest growth is between 6.6-7.8. Practice has proved that PH value is the best processing efficiency at 7.5
2. Temperature: Effective between 8°C ~ 60°C. Temperatures above 60°C will lead to the death of bacteria: below 8°C, bacteria will not die, but their cell growth will be greatly restricted. The most suitable temperature is 26-32°C.
3. Dissolved oxygen: In the sewage treatment aeration tank, the amount of dissolved oxygen is at least 2 mg/L; the bacterial family with high adaptability will accelerate the metabolism and degradation of target substances by 5~7 times in sufficient oxygen.
4. Trace elements: Proprietary bacteria need many elements in their growth, such as potassium, iron, calcium, sulfur, magnesium, etc., and usually the soil and water sources contain sufficient amounts of the above elements.
5. Salinity: Applicable in both seawater and freshwater, up to 6% salinity.
6. Anti-toxicity: It can effectively resist chemical toxic substances, including chlorides, oxides and heavy metals, etc.

Q1: The general degradable limit of our ammonia nitrogen-reducing bacteria?
A: The laboratory test results show that the highest concentration can reach 1000mg/L, and after the strain is stabilized, it can reach below 5mg/L in two days; the nitrification load is generally 0.03~0.06 kgNH3-N/kgMLSS

Q2: How long will the ammonia nitrogen inoculum be effective?
A: The cycle of nitrifying bacteria is 60h, and the cycle of nitrosating bacteria is 24h~36h. Therefore, under normal circumstances, it will take effect in 3 to 7 days, and the activated sludge method will take effect faster than the contact oxidation method.

Q3: What is the dosage of the bacterial agent?
A: Initial dosage: except for ammonia nitrogen, 1kg of ammonia nitrogen-removing bacteria agent removes 1kg of ammonia nitrogen; nitrifying bacteria agent, 50~300mg/L, calculated according to the tank capacity; maintenance period: depending on the ammonia nitrogen concentration of the system.
