Use Parameters:

PH Value	The range is between 5.5 and 9.5, with the fastest growth between 6.6-7.4.
Temperature	Effective between 10°C ~ 60°C. Temperatures above 60°C lead to bacterial death: below 10°C, bacteria do not die, but their cell growth is greatly restricted. The most suitable temperature is 26-32°C.
