The principle of chemical deodorization is to oxidative degradation of odor components through exogenous strong oxide, so as to eliminate odor. Although targeted and effective, it is easy to rebound and cause secondary pollution.  This product adopts micro-ecological engineering fermentation technology, through the separation and screening of efficient deodorizing function strain and optimization fermentation, and combined with strong deodorizing factor, beneficial compound microorganism, various complex enzymes, etc., to develop a new efficient biological deodorizing function bacteria.

 

 Mechanism of action

Microbial deodorization process is basically divided into three steps: part of the gas by the gas phase into the liquid phase mass transfer process, and then the gas dissolved in the water by microbial cell wall and cell membrane is absorbed by microorganisms, insoluble in water stench to adhere to the microorganism in vitro, extracellular enzyme secreted by the microorganism decomposition of soluble substances, infiltration of cells; Finally, after the odor carries on the cell, it is decomposed and usable by the microorganism as nutrients in the body, so that the odor can be removed. A variety of microorganisms work together to absorb and decompose harmful gases that produce a foul smell. At the same time, these microorganisms can produce inorganic acids, forming an acidic environment that inhibits the reproduction of spoilage microorganisms and thus reduces the production of odorous gases.

 

Matters needing attention

1. The suitable storage temperature of biological deodorant is 5℃-40℃.

2. When treating leachate, spray evenly, not dump directly, so as not to affect the use effect.

3. To maintain a certain concentration, its role can be fully played, so it should be added continuously according to the amount of new sewage, not just once.
