Livestock and poultry farms have various sources and complex components of odor. The principle of biological deodorization technology is to directly degrade the odorous substances or inhibit the odorous microorganisms by adding exogenous functional bacteria or biological enzymes to remove the odor.  Biological deodorization began to develop in the 1950s. Compared with physical and chemical methods, the equipment required is simple, the investment is less, the treatment efficiency is more effective, and there is no secondary pollution, so it has become the main treatment method for livestock and poultry farms to control the odor.  

The microbial agent can greatly degrade the harmful substances such as ammonia nitrogen and hydrogen sulfide produced in the feces, and eliminate the stink in the breeding field.  The deodorized fermentation broth can effectively inhibit the reproduction of harmful pathogenic bacteria, reduce the breeding of mosquitoes and flies, improve the immune function of livestock and poultry, and promote the healthy growth of animals.  This not only has a unique advantage in the treatment of livestock odor, but also in the air pollution control, soil pollution control, water pollution control and other fields of application.
