Working Principle
When the sewage passes through the carrier reactor, the microorganisms in the water continuously adhere and grow on the inner and outer surfaces of the carrier to form a biofilm. The carrier rotates freely under the turning of the mixed liquid in the reactor, and the biofilm fully contacts the pollutants in the water and decomposes them, so that the water quality is purified. The turning of the mixed liquid and the movement of the carrier are realized by aerobic aeration or anaerobic stirring. The MBBR biological filler technology uses the basic principles of the biofilm methods. It makes full use of the advantages of the activated sludge method and overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional activated sludge method and the fixed biofilm method. The key technology lies in the research and development of biological fillers with a specific gravity close to water and easy to move with water under slight stirring. Biological filler has the characteristics of large effective surface area and suitable for microbial adsorption growth. The structure of the filler is characterized by a protected internal surface area for the growth of microorganisms
