Commonly Used Sewage Treatment Fillers

1. Soft fiber filler

Ingredient: PE center rope + aldehyde vinylon silk bouquet

Uses: The soft filler has large surface area, high utilization rate, variable voids and no blockage, low cost, and good overall use effect, so the cost performance is high, and it is suitable for large-scale sewage treatment plants.

2. Semi-soft filler

Composition: PE center rope + PE ring piece

Uses: Suitable for facultative and anaerobic pools, and also for aeration pools. Semi-soft fillers have special structure and hydraulic properties, large porosity (greater than 96%), small flow resistance, not easy to entangle and block, but difficult to hang film and insignificant sludge reduction. Generally suitable for small sewage treatment.

3. Suspended filler

Composition: PE spherical shell + aldehyde vinylon silk bouquet or PP wide flat ribbon

Uses: suitable for facultative oxygen, anaerobic, also used in aeration tank. It is easy to hang and remove the membrane, the sludge reduction effect is average, the overall use effect is average, and the cost is high. It is suitable for renovation or small sewage treatment plants and fluidized beds.

4. Oblique suspension porous suspension filler (MBBR)

Composition: PP

Uses: It is suitable for raw water treatment of tap water, and the effect is very good. It can also be used in anaerobic tanks, aeration tanks and biological fluidized beds of sewage treatment plants. Cost-effective.
