Use Parameters

1. pH value: the range of action is between 5.5 and 9.5, and the better use range is between 6.6 and 7.4;
2. Temperature: The action range is between 8°C and 60°C, and the best action temperature is 26-32°C. Above 60°C will lead to denaturation of bacterial enzymes; below 80°C, cell growth will be greatly restricted;
3. Dissolved oxygen: in the denitrification tank in sewage treatment, the amount of dissolved oxygen is below 0.5 mg/L;
4. Salinity: Applicable in both seawater and freshwater, up to 6% salinity
5. Anti-toxicity: It can effectively resist chemical toxic substances, including residual chlorine, cyanide and heavy metals.
When contaminated areas contain biocides, their effects on microorganisms should be studied in advance.
