Product Description:

Kashion Denitrifying bacteria is a biological agent developed forsewage treatment denitrification system, which is composed of denitrifying bacteria species, enzyme preparation and nutrient ratio screened from nature. It is mainly used to improve the denitrification capacity of sewage treatment system, and is usually used in hypoxic areas such as hypoxic ponds. In general, nitrification in sewage plants converts ammonia nitrogen into nitrite and nitrate, which, under the action of denitrifying bacteria, produces nitrogen gas and is discharged into the air. Under some unfavorable conditions, denitrifying bacteria are inhibited, resulting in high nitrate/nitrite in the discharge water, resulting in eutrophication of water, poisoning of aquatic animals and plants.

Applicable circumstances:

Generally, effluent nitrite and nitrate concentrations exceed the standard in wastewater treatment systems with weak denitrification capacity. In this case, denitrifying bacteria can help the system because they are selected from the nature with denitrifying ability of microbial strains, which can improve the denitrification capacity of the system and increase the nitrite/nitrate removal capacity.

Conditions for denitrification:

1. The system has an effective and sufficient number of denitrifying bacteria;

2. Presence of nitrite/nitrate substances;

3. Hypoxia conditions (oxygen will inhibit denitrifying bacteria);

4. There are a small amount of biodegradable substances (BOD, methanol, etc.).

Denitrifying bacteria can:

1. Improve the denitrification efficiency, increase the removal of total nitrogen, improve the operation at low temperature;

2. Improve the removal of BOD. Aerobic microorganisms in denitrifying bacteria can remove BOD under aerobic and anoxic conditions;

3.Improve the removal ability of refractory organic compounds (such as amines).
