Product Description:

COD removal Bacteria has a variety of organic degradation ability, can be used in a variety of industrial wastewater treatment or domestic sewage treatment.  The microbial mixture contains potent strains capable of breaking down fatty acids, surfactants, hydrocarbons, phenolic compounds, ketones, and refractory organic matter.  It is suggested to use the microbial activity of COD to remove bacteria to improve the removal rate of BOD and COD in industrial wastewater.  

 

The normal sewage treatment process is impacted by external pollutants, and the rapid reduction of microorganisms results in the substandard operation of the system. COD degrading bacteria can be added to the system to quickly replenish the dead microbial flora, so that the water quality can quickly recover to the discharge standard.

Best operating conditions:  

COD can be effective at pH between 6.6 and 7.8, and the best pH is usually 7.5.  Temperature affects the number of bacteria, and bacterial activity increases with temperature below 35°C.  At temperatures below 5°C, the activity is quite low.
