Product Description:

Phosphorus exceeding standard can be divided into continuous exceeding standard and sudden exceeding standard. Persistent excess may be caused by failure to perform relevant dephosphorization treatment or failure to meet treatment standards. There are more unsustainable factors. There are also corresponding treatment methods for phosphorus exceeding the standard.

1. Biochemical tank problem. For example, the phosphorus accumulating bacteria in the anaerobic tank will release phosphorus, the alkalinity in the biochemical tank is insufficient, the dissolved oxygen is insufficient, the phosphorus remover removes too much phosphorus, and the nutrient ratio and backflow as well as sludge poisoning will lead to excessive phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen.

Handling method: first, find out the cause through data detection and tracking, and then adopt targeted methods for handling. If the alkalinity is insufficient, alkali agent, such as compound alkali, can be added before biochemistry to increase the alkalinity of wastewater; If dissolved oxygen is insufficient, aeration and oxygen can be used.

2. The phosphorus remover itself contains phosphorus. Dephosphorizing agent is a general term for a class of chemicals. If the phosphorus remover used contains phosphorus, the phosphorus in the wastewater may not be reduced but increased. Therefore, it is also important to select the appropriate phosphorus remover.

3. Increase the output and capacity, increase the water volume or pollutants, and exceed the effective treatment capacity of the original treatment system.

Treatment method: The treatment capacity of the original treatment facility can be improved through the comprehensive use of enhanced flocculation technology, biotechnology and IPC technology. For example, by adding chemical flocculants (such as polymerized ferric sulfate) or phosphorus removal agents to enhance flocculation treatment, or by adding biotechnology (such as biologically activated bacteria), biochemical treatment capacity can be improved and phosphorus removal rate of wastewater can be improved.
