In recent years, with the development of technology, more biochemical treatment processes have been derived, and the most commonly used is activated sludge method, such as SBR method, oxidation ditch method, biological contact oxidation method, etc.

There are many kinds of pollutants in wastewater, which often need to be treated by a treatment system consisting of a variety of methods and a number of treatment units to meet the requirements.  It is impossible to achieve the purpose of removing all the pollution factors through a single treatment unit. At present, most of the economical and practical methods used at home and abroad are the combination of physical, chemical and biological methods, and the results are good.
