Special Sewage Treatment Bacteria Agent for Low Temperature Season

Product Description:

The methods of reducing ammonia nitrogen in winter can be divided into physical and chemical methods, combined biochemical methods and new biological nitrogen removal methods.

1. Physical and chemical method

1.1 Stripping method

A method for separation by utilizing the gas-liquid equilibrium relationship between the gas-phase concentration and the liquid-phase concentration of ammonia nitrogen under alkaline conditions. It is generally believed that the stripping efficiency is related to temperature, pH, and gas-liquid ratio.

1.2 Zeolite deamination method

The cations in the zeolite are exchanged with the NH4+ in the wastewater to achieve the purpose of denitrification. Zeolite is generally used to treat low-concentration ammonia-containing wastewater or wastewater containing trace heavy metals. Application of zeolite deamination method must consider the regeneration of zeolite, usually there are regeneration liquid method and incineration method. When the incineration method is used, the ammonia gas produced must be disposed of.

1.3 Membrane separation technology

A method for ammonia nitrogen removal using the selective permeability of membranes. This method is easy to operate, has high recovery rate of ammonia nitrogen, and has no secondary pollution. Mainly using the following chemical reactions:

Mg2 ++NH4++PO43-=MgNH4PO4 Phosphorus and magnesium salts are theoretically added to the wastewater containing high concentration of ammonia nitrogen in a certain proportion, when [Mg2 + ][NH4+][PO43 -]>2.5×10–13 Magnesium ammonium phosphate (MAP) can be generated when it is used to remove ammonia nitrogen in wastewater.

1.4 Low temperature special sewage treatment bacteria powder

A method of directly oxidizing ammonia nitrogen into nitrogen gas for removal by using a strong oxidant (ammonia nitrogen remover). Breakpoint chlorination is to use ammonia in water to react with chlorine to generate ammonia deamination, which can also play a role in sterilization.

Low temperature special sewage treatment bacteria agent is suitable for sewage treatment system in low temperature environment, effectively solving the problems existing in sewage system at low temperature
