Product Description:

Sewage treatment is the process of removing pollutants from municipal wastewater, including domestic wastewater and some industrial wastewater.  Physical, chemical, and biological processes are used to remove contaminants and produce treated wastewater (or treated wastewater) sufficient for safe release into the environment.  The by-product of sewage treatment is semi-solid waste or slurry, which is called sewage sludge.  Sludge must undergo further treatment before it is suitable for land treatment or application on land.

 

Wastewater treatment bacteria include nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria. How do they function?  

 

1. Close the inlet and outlet water of the activated sludge tank or biological tank, and keep the aeration state. It is better to adjust the PH value to 6.5-7.8.  

 

2. According to the proportion of 1 kg per cubic meter of water, the bacterial agent is uniformly put into the aeration tank at one time. The proportion can be increased or decreased according to the sewage situation.  

 

3. Continuous aeration for 24 hours can activate the microorganisms, attach to the bacterial bed and propagate to reach an active state.  

 

4. It is recommended to adopt the stage type of water intake adjustment to reduce the impact on microorganisms. Open 1/3 of the normal water intake on the first day of operation, open 2/3 on the second day, and fully open on the third day.  If the water intake design is small, it can be fully opened at one time.  

 

5. Monitor and adjust the operation of the system. If the system is stable after about 30 days, there is no need to add bacterial agent.
