Three biological bacteria culture methods of sewage treatment equipment

I. Natural stuffy aeration method:

The sewage is injected into the aeration tank of the integrated sewage treatment equipment, and then the inlet water is stopped and aeration is started.  Anhydrous aeration is called "stuffy aeration".  After 2~3 days of aeration, stop aeration, settle for 2 hours, and then enter some fresh sewage, which accounts for about 1/5 of the pool capacity.  In the future, the three processes of aeration, static sedimentation and water intake will be cycled, but the water intake should be increased each time, and the aeration time should be shortened each time, that is, the water intake times should be increased.  With this method, the aeration can be stopped after about 20 days and the water can be continuously aerated so that the equipment can operate directly automatically.

2. Inoculation and culture method of concentrated activated sludge:

Concentrated sludge from a nearby sewage treatment plant was used to grow thebacteria. In the activated sludge culture of municipal sewage and industrial wastewater treatment system with complete nutrition and low toxicity, seed sludge can be directly added to the wastewater to be treated for continuous aeration until the sludge turns brown and yellow, and then put into the sedimentation tank for operation, so that the sludge can circulate in the system.  Economically speaking, the amount of seed sludge should be as little as possible. In general, the concentration of diluted mixed sludge should be controlled above 0.5g/L.

1. Dry sludge inoculation culture method:

The water content of sludge cake after dewatering by sludge filter press is about 70~80%.

1. Inoculate the sludge, mash the freshly dehydrated mud cake with a small amount of water, and then add it to the aeration tank.  2. Add the mashed dry sludge into the aeration tank of the aerobic tank of the equipment. The amount of dry sludge is generally 2~5% of the volume of the tank.  3. Start the fan aeration and stop aeration for 24 hours and 1 hour until the sludge turns brown and yellow, then the sewage can be continuously released.  Note: If the sludge in the aerobic aeration tank of the integrated sewage treatment equipment is mature, but no wastewater enters, intermittent aeration should be carried out to reduce the self-oxidation rate of the sludge as much as possible.  Add more manure and non-toxic organic nutrients when conditions permit.
