Tests show that the following physical and chemical parameters are most effective for bacterial growth:
The average range is between 5.5 and 9.5, the fastest growth is between 6.6 and 7.4, and the methane production efficiency is the highest at pH 7.2.
Take effect between 10°C~60°C. When the temperature higher than 60°C will cause the death of bacteria; when the temperature is lower than 10°C, the bacteria will not die, but their cell growth will be greatly restricted. The most suitable temperature is 26~32℃.

Proprietary bacteria family need many elements in its growth, such as potassium, iron, calcium, sulfur, magnesium and so on.
Usually, the above elements are contained in sufficient quantities in soil and water sources.
Suitable for both sea water and fresh water, and can tolerate up to 6% salinity
Effectively resist chemical toxic substances, including chloride, cyanide and heavy metals.
Note: When the contaminated area contains fungicides, their effects on microorganisms should be studied in advance.
