Aerobic Anaerobic Enzyme Powder for Wastewater Treatment System

Product Description:

Function of aerobic pool:

Aerobic microorganisms (including facultative microorganisms) are used for biological metabolism in the presence of oxygen to degrade organic matter and make it stable and harmless. Microorganisms use organic pollutants in water as substrates for aerobic metabolism, through a series of biochemical reactions, step by step to release energy, and finally stabilized with low-energy inorganic substances to meet the requirements of harmless, so as to return to the natural environment or further treatment. In sewage treatment engineering, aerobic biological treatment methods include activated sludge method and biofilm method.

Function of anaerobic tank:

The use of anaerobic bacteria to hydrolyze, acidify and methanate organic matter in wastewater, and improve the biodegradability of wastewater, is conducive to the subsequent aerobic treatment. The anaerobic degradation process of macromolecular organic matter can be divided into four stages: hydrolysis stage, fermentation (or acidification) stage, acetic acid stage and methanogenesis stage.

Aerobic Anaerobic Enzyme Function

1.    Increase the impact degree of industrial drainage or hydraulic impact resistance, rapid recovery and rapid improvement of COD/BOD removal rate;

2.     Remove ammonia nitrogen: convert it into nitrite or nitrate nitrogen to prepare for denitrification in the system, and then denitrification with COD in the anoxic section.

3.     Anaerobic hydrolysis occurs to degrade long carbon chain substances into short chain volatile fatty acids and improve the biodegradability of sewage.

4.    Improve the efficiency of denitrification and maintain the long-term stability of nitrification in the water system. Assist other microorganisms to better adapt to the wastewater environment.
