【Use parameters】:

The following physical and chemical parameters have been tested and shown to be effective for bacterial growth:
1. pH value: the range is between 5.5 and 9.5, it can grow rapidly between 6.6 and 7.4, and the methane production efficiency is high at the pH value of 7.2.
2. Temperature: effective between 10℃~60℃. When the temperature is higher than 60 °C, the bacteria will die; when the temperature is lower than 10 °C, the bacteria will not die, but their cell growth will be greatly restricted. A suitable temperature is 26 to 32°C.
3. Trace elements: Proprietary bacteria will need many elements in their growth, such as potassium, iron, calcium, sulfur, magnesium, etc., and usually the soil and water sources will contain sufficient amounts of the above elements.
4. Salinity: Applicable in both seawater and freshwater, it can tolerate 6% salinity.
5. Anti-toxicity: It can effectively resist chemical toxic substances, including chlorides, cyanides and heavy metals.
