As the elements required for the normal growth of microorganisms in activated sludge, they also become part of the components of biological sludge and need to achieve phosphorus removal. The phosphorus content of activated sludge is generally between 1.5% and 2.3% of dry weight, and the phosphorus removal effect of 10% to 30% can be obtained through the discharge of residual sludge. The removal effect mainly depends on the influent BOD/TP ratio, sludge age, sludge treatment method and treatment liquid flow rate.
Application
All kinds of black and smelly water bodies, landscape water bodies, rivers, lakes and small ponds exceed the standard of phosphorus treatment.
Instruction
1.Anaerobic period:
Fermentation: In the anaerobic state in the absence of dissolved and nitrate oxygen, facultative bacteria convert dissolved BOD to low molecular fermentation products, volatile fatty acids.
2.Aerobicperiod:
Phosphorus absorption: bacteria store phosphorus in the form of phosphorous accumulation, which exceeds the growth demand, and generate energy through oxidative metabolism of PHB/PHV, which is used for phosphorus absorption and phosphorous synthesis. Energy is enriched and stored in the form of high energy bonds of phosphoric acid, phosphate is removed from the liquid phase, and new phosphorous storage bacteria cells are synthesized to generate phosphorous rich sludge.
3.Phosphorus removal system:
Excess sludge discharge: Phosphorus is removed from the system by excess sludge discharge.
The premise of aerobic phosphorus absorption is that the mixture must undergo anaerobic release of phosphorus. In the effective release process, the anaerobic release of phosphorus can greatly improve the aerobic phosphorus absorption capacity of microorganisms.
4.Typical process of biological phosphorus removal:
There are various forms of biological phosphorus removal processes, which generally contain "anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic" phosphorus removal units in sequence
The main processes include A/O, three-stage A2O, Bardenpho, UTC, SBR, oxidation ditch, etc. It is noted that except for AO process, the other processes have the ability of simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal.
