Product Description:

Pretreatment is generally placed before the primary treatment of sewage treatment bacteria, including grid, screening, grinding, desanding, pre aeration, acid-base neutralization, etc. Among them, treatment is mainly to remove a large number of pollutants, reduce the use of wastewater, improve the effect of wastewater treatment, and reduce the overall treatment cost.


1. Pre precipitation

When the raw water contains a large amount of sediment, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of sedimentation water because of the sedimentation generated by one solidification and the increase of the dosage of chemicals, a pre sedimentation tank shall be set. The pre sedimentation tank can be used for sand sedimentation, sedimentation (natural sedimentation, coagulation sedimentation), clarification, etc. When the water suspension is mainly composed of large sand particles, sedimentation tank can be used; when the raw water is mainly composed of clay particles, coagulation sedimentation, clarification and other condensation sedimentation methods can be used.

2. Acid-base regulation

According to the needs of wastewater treatment, the pH value of raw water is adjusted by mixing two kinds of wastewater and adding acid-base regulators.

3. Biological pretreatment

The biological metabolic activity (oxidation, reduction, synthesis and other processes) of microorganisms attached to the packing, as well as the biological coagulation, adsorption, oxidation, biological decomposition, nitrification and other comprehensive functions of microorganisms, make ammonia nitrogen gradually play an effective role to remove organic matters.

1. Chemical preoxidation

The addition of oxidant in the solidification process can remove trace organic pollutants, remove algae, remove odor, control products, remove chlorine, remove iron and manganese, and play a role in solidification.
