From the economic point of view, the cost of wastewater treatment by microbial strains is low; From the aspect of environmental pollution, there is no secondary pollution, small impact on the environment; From the aspect of treatment effect, not only can remove organic matter, pathogen, harmful substances, but also can remove odor, improve transparency, reduce color, treatment effect is good. Next we respectively from the economic aspects, environmental pollution, treatment effect of three aspects to detail the advantages of microbial species treatment of wastewater.
(1)Economic: the economic consumption of microbial strain treatment of wastewater includes microbial strain, microbial strain growth required nutrient source (carbon source, nitrogen source, phosphorus source) and adjust the PH of wastewater needed agents; An aeration unit that provides a source of oxygen for microorganisms; Sewage sludge reflux device, sludge disposal device, etc. Microorganisms have very good adsorption and sedimentation, strong degradation ability, do not need high temperature, high pressure and other harsh requirements, compared with the physical and chemical method of wastewater treatment equipment and long-term dosage of pharmaceutical comparison, the treatment cost is relatively low. Therefore, the current wastewater treatment is to improve the biochemical properties of wastewater by physical and chemical methods, and then use biological methods to treat wastewater.
(2)Environmental pollution: microbial treatment of wastewater is to convert the pollutants in wastewater into carbon dioxide, nitrogen, water and sludge. Nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen and water are non-toxic and harmless. Sludge can also be converted into organic fertilizer through sludge digestion. Sludge can also be used to make building materials. The results show that there are no secondary pollutants in microbial wastewater treatment and it will not pollute the environment.
(3)Treatment effect: microbial treatment of wastewater, the degradation of organic matter in wastewater into carbon dioxide, nitrogen, water and sludge itself to remove organic matter; Microbial treatment of wastewater, wastewater pathogens adsorption and phagocytosis and other ways to remove pathogens; Microbial treatment of wastewater, the harmful substances in wastewater oxidation into non-toxic position or adsorption to the sludge in order to remove harmful substances; Microorganisms treat wastewater by adsorption, degradation and sedimentation to improve water quality transparency and reduce chroma. Most of the pollutants in wastewater can be degraded by selecting suitable microbial strains.
At present, the microorganisms for biochemical wastewater treatment all use activated sludge. Activated sludge can self-acclimate different sewage to adapt to the sewage environment to treat sewage. Wastewater treatment by microbial strains can detect the types of pollutants in wastewater, screen out the appropriate strains, and conduct wastewater treatment by symbiosis. The pertinence is relatively strong, the corresponding treatment effect is better.
