What kinds of microorganism species can be divided into?

The cultivation and acclimation of sludge is an important means in the field of sewage microbial treatment. This process often requires the addition of bacteria. This method is easy to operate, quick and stable.  There are many kinds of microorganisms in nature, with strong adaptability and diverse metabolic ways, which can degrade almost all the pollution substances in the environment. Therefore, the application prospect of the bacteria containing different microorganisms in the treatment of industrial wastewater is very broad.  Common strains can be classified according to their different oxygen requirements and different removal objects.

Generally, sewage treatment bacteria can be divided into three categories:  

 

① Nitrifying bacteria: aerobic bacteria, including nitric acid bacteria, nitrous acid bacteria, etc.  Living in aerobic water or sand, sewage purification process plays an important role.  It is widely found in every corner of nature. There are thousands of nitrifying bacteria found in research, whose main function is to remove ammonia nitrogen and degrade part of COD. Powerful sewage treatment bacteria can effectively remove ammonia nitrogen and make the effluent meet the discharge standards.  

 

(2) Denitrifying bacteria: in contrast to nitrifying bacteria, it uses oxygen in nitric acid to oxidize organic substances and obtain energy needed for its own activity. It can convert nitrate nitrogen into nitrogen, which can degrade COD in aquaculture industry, accelerate the process of hydrolysis and acidification, and improve the treatment efficiency.  

 

(1) Nitrification and denitrification complex bacteria: in the increasingly complex sewage treatment situation, the single use of nitrification or denitrification bacteria is more and more difficult to achieve strain balance.  The proportion of nitrification and denitrification is not accurate, which will cause a lot of waste of energy and bacteria, and it is difficult to achieve the expected effect of sewage treatment. The composite bacteria can be adjusted according to the actual water quality to achieve the balance of bacteria, and the sewage treatment effect will be naturally better.
