Home CERTIFICATES Do you know several kinds of bacteria co…
1. Photosynthetic bacteria
Photosynthetic bacteria belong to anaerobic or facultative anaerobic photoheterotrophic bacteria. Under light conditions, photosynthetic bacteria can use small molecular organic matter to synthesize various nutrients needed for their own growth and reproduction, increase dissolved oxygen in water, and also use ammonia nitrogen, nitrate, nitrite and other organic nitriding compounds in water environment to purify water quality. Under hypoxia conditions, photosynthetic bacteria can decompose hydrogen sulfide and acidic substances to some extent. In addition, photosynthetic bacteria can produce bioactive substances such as antiviral factors, which have unique disease-resistance and growth-promoting functions, greatly improving the production performance of aquatic animals.
Note:
It is best to use on sunny days, pay attention to the time interval of more than 3 days with the disinfectant, and it is recommended to place it in low light for 2 hours before use. When in use, it can be used together with zeolite powder to promote the distribution of photosynthetic bacteria in water, and zeolite powder can also absorb part of ammonia nitrogen, because photosynthetic bacteria can only decompose small molecular organic matter, so, If there is more organic matter in the water body, the water quality treatment effect will be better when combined with bacillus that can decompose macromolecular organic matter.
2. Bacillus
Bacillus is an aerobic gram-positive bacterium that can form spores. It has the characteristics of acid resistance, salt resistance, high temperature resistance, rapid reactivation, and the ability to secrete a variety of enzymes (protease, amylase, lipase) that can degrade organic matter. It can not only effectively inhibit the growth of host intestinal harmful bacteria and improve the body's disease resistance, but also directly use nitrate and nitrite in water. Decompose the bottom organic matter, reduce the eutrophication degree of aquaculture water, optimize the water environment. Common Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus pumilus and so on.
Note:
Since most of the bacillus is oxygen-consuming, bacillus must be used in the morning of a sunny day when the weather is stable, to avoid the consumption of a large amount of oxygen on the dissolved oxygen of the water, resulting in hypoxia of aquatic animals, and should be used with disinfectants and other time intervals of more than 3 days. When used, the aerator should be turned on to promote the proliferation of bacillus in the water body.
3. Nitrifying bacteria
Nitrifying bacteria refer to bacteria that use ammonia or nitrite as the main energy source and can use carbon dioxide as the main carbon source. They belong to chemoautotrophic bacteria and can be divided into two groups: nitrifying bacteria and nitrifying bacteria. Nitrifying bacteria convert nitrite into nitrate in the nitrogen cycle and are utilized by algae, thus playing a role in purifying water quality.
4. Bdellovibrio
Bdellovibrio is a kind of very small parasitic Gram-negative bacteria, which can grow and reproduce by adhesion, attack, infection and cleavage of other bacteria, and has the function of phage. It can lysate most families, belong to Gram-negative bacteria, and has good lysate activity against many pathogenic bacteria. The current isolates of Bdellovibrio phagocytic strain do not have strict requirements on pH, temperature and other environmental factors, and their phagocytic conditions generally range from pH6.5-8.6 and 4℃-37℃.
