1. Basic information of enterprises and sewage treatment plants
Qinhuangdao Huaheng Biology mainly produces alanine. Its company (the original citric acid plant of Shanhaiguan Industrial Co., Ltd. of the former Nuclear Industry No. 4 O No. 4 Factory) was acquired by Huaheng Bio in 2010. The company has built a sewage treatment station with a daily processing capacity of 1,000 cubic meters. In the past ten years, most of the pipelines and equipment have been completely damaged, and now they will be put into use after maintenance and renovation.
The main tasks of sewage treatment station construction:
(1)In the pretreatment, better chemical agents are used to recover the alanine in the high-concentration wastewater, and it is used as feed after recovery.
(2) Add air flotation equipment in pretreatment to remove oily substances with lighter specific gravity.
(3)Restart the biochemical system.
2. Current status of biochemical system
One anaerobic tower is about 1,000 cubic meters, and 4 groups of contact oxidation tanks are about 1,500 cubic meters. The anaerobic towers have all been emptied, the pipelines have been damaged, and the aerobic refilling has been installed, and there is a lack of sludge.
3. Biochemical system startup plan
(1) Anaerobic system
To ensure that the sludge concentration is about 15%, 75 kg of anaerobic bacteria are added at one time, and the anaerobic culture time is about 10-15 days. During the period, no raw water is introduced, and the internal reflux is 4 hours a day. During the anaerobic domestication process, it is poured into the anaerobic tower every day. Add 3 kg of glucose, 2 kg of urea, and 1 kg of dihydric phosphate. After 15 days of anaerobic acclimation, take gradient water. If the sludge expansion or sludge settling ratio is not good during the water inflow process, reduce the water inflow. After the normal water inflow is started, add 2 kg of glucose and 1 kg of phosphate fertilizer to the anaerobic tower every day. After the normal start-up, the COD of the monitoring raw water should not exceed 8000, and the concentration of the influent COD and NH3-N should not fluctuate too much.
(2) Aerobic system
To ensure that the sludge concentration in the contact oxidation tank is more than 15%, put 75 kg of aerobic bacterial agent into each contact oxidation tank, and expose it for about 7-10 days. Add 5 kg of glucose, 2 kg of urea, and 2 kg of phosphate fertilizer every day. After dissolving with water, evenly sprinkle it into each contact oxidation tank to ensure that the contact oxidation tank is aerated for more than 20 hours a day. During the muffled exposure period, the sludge return pump in the last group of pools will return at least 2 hours a day. After 10-15 days of muffled exposure, the gradient inflow will be gradually realized according to the increase in the influent of the anaerobic tower. If sludge occurs during the gradient infusion process The floating or sludge settling ratio is not good, which can reduce the amount of water inflow.
