Slaughterhouse Sewage Treatment

General situation: The slaughterhouse is mainly for mink slaughtering, and the wastewater mainly comes from pen washing, rinsing, slaughtering and other factory floor washing, scalding, dissection, non-staple food processing, oil washing, etc. It has the characteristics of large water volume, uneven drainage, high concentration, high oil content, impurities and suspended solids, and good biodegradability. In addition, the biggest difference between it and other high-concentration organic wastewater is that its NH3-N concentration is higher.

Before inoculation, the ammonia nitrogen treatment efficiency of the system was poor, the sludge settling property of the aerobic tank was poor, and the number of nitrifying bacteria in the system was insufficient, which led to the situation that the effluent ammonia nitrogen exceeded the standard. The slaughterhouse improved the shape of the activated sludge by adding our ammonia nitrogen degrading bacterial agent, and effectively increased the beneficial bacteria in the system, and the ammonia nitrogen in the effluent of the system finally reached the standard discharge.

The water quality of the system inlet and outlet after inoculation:
