What if the chemical wastewater is not up to standard?

The waste water in the chemical wastewater treatment project not only does great harm to the environment, but also does great harm to the human body. As we all know, the chemical wastewater is the process wastewater, cooling water, waste gas washing water, equipment and site washing water and other wastewater discharged in the chemical production. If the waste water is not treated and discharged, it will cause different properties of water bodies and different levels of pollution, thereby endangering human health and affecting industrial and agricultural production.  

The mainly reason why chemical wastewater is difficult to treat lies in the high concentration of wastewater discharged by chemical enterprises, complex composition, toxic and harmful substances, biodegradable substances, and high color.  In order to reach the standard of chemical wastewater treatment, it is impossible to rely on a single treatment method, and a variety of treatment processes should be used together.  

At present, most chemical enterprises use two kinds of treatment methods: one is the process of chemical catalysis;  One is the chemical wastewater treatment method is to improve the biodegradability of wastewater by pretreatment, and then biochemical treatment.  

Chemical catalytic method in the actual chemical wastewater treatment project needs high temperature, high pressure to increase the effect, so the use of this method is usually used in the field of equipment costs will be relatively high, and the amount of pharmaceutical use is also a large cost, so this method is not recommended.  

Biochemical treatments are relatively economical and efficient. Due to the poor biodegradability of chemical wastewater, it is necessary to pretreat the wastewater before using biochemical treatment. In the pretreatment stage, the toxicity and load of the wastewater are reduced, and the biodegradability of the wastewater is improved. After biochemical treatment, the wastewater treatment can reach the standard, and the operation cost is much lower.
