1) Strengthen the aeration intensity and increase the DO concentration of the mixture;

 

2) Supplementing nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus;

 

3) Increase the sludge return ratio and reduce the residence time of sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank;

 

4) Carry out pre-aeration to remove acid gas or add alkali to adjust the wastewater to improve the pH value of the influent water of the aeration tank;

 

5) Control the inlet water temperature of the aeration tank;

 

What is the treatment method for sludge floating?

 

: Sludge floating is a sign of problems in the operation of the biochemical system of the sewage plant. If the problem cannot be checked in time and precise measures are taken, it may have a serious negative impact on the biochemical system.

 

Solution:

 

1) Increase sludge discharge, shorten the residence time of sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank, reduce MLSS, and shorten the sludge age.

 

2) Replace the aeration pan. The floating of sludge in the anoxic section is mainly caused by the falling off of the aeration plate.

 

3) Appropriately reduce the aeration intensity when there is a certain amount of TN and ammonia nitrogen in the effluent.
